Overview: Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation is a financing firm in the commercial real estate industry that started in 1995. With years of experience and expertise under their belt, they desperately needed a brand refresh. We created a new look and feel that modernized the company in the best way. The company is currently revamping its brand due to an extremely successful brochure design.
